Man Facing Charges After Uploading Movie To The Internet

A man is facinf a felony charge after he supposedly uploaded a copy of the brand new film “Flushed Away” onto the Internet after getting a copy from an Oscar voter. Salvador Nunez Jr., 27, was charged with copyright infringement and faces up to three years in prison if convicted. He was scheduled to appear in court March 1.

Apple And Cisco Share ‘iPhone’

Apple’s brand new cell phone, music player and digital organizer set the tech world talking with great enthusiasm after the iPod maker agreed to joint custody of the “iPhone” trademark with Cisco Systems. Apple chief executive Steve Jobs sent waves through the telecoms industry last month when he unveiled the long-awaited iPhone. In the process he short-circuited trademark talks with Cisco, a US computer network giant.

Nintendo may not be as famous as it used to be, but we can all remember when they first started and how cool we thought it was. It was a new thing for the kids of that time to play and it also attracted the adults who loved the unusual quality (at that time) of the gaming system and the cool games that they all loved to play.
